Chontaduro Hummus

A creamy and flavorful dip, perfect for healthy snacks or to surprise with a tropical touch.

🧾 Ingredients (makes approx. 1 cup)

  • 2 ½ tablespoons of powdered chontaduro

  • 2 ½ tablespoons of cooked chickpeas

  • 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  • ½ tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 5 tablespoons of water

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

  • 2 ½ teaspoons of cumin

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 clove of garlic

👩🍳 Preparation

Step 1: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Step 2: Serve on a plate, garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, and a little more peach palm powder on top.

📝 Tip

Serve with plantain chips, toasted pita bread, or carrot sticks.
