Chontaduro Pancakes

A nutritious, soft, and flavorful breakfast or snack. These pancakes combine the energizing power of peach palm with the smoothness of yogurt and the natural sweetness of honey. Perfect for starting the day or enjoying as a healthy snack.

🥞 Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 ½ tablespoons of powdered chontaduro

  • ½ cup of wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt

🍳 Preparation

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2: Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the pancakes in a pan over very low heat.
Step 4: Turn over when bubbles appear on the surface.
Step 5: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Step 6: Serve with Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit to taste.
