- 40 g of peach palm jam
- Pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 basil leaf
🍳 Preparation
- Prepare the chontaduro jam, making sure it is slightly fluid (not too thick).
- Add spices and herbs to taste: pepper, bay leaf, basil and mint.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to blend the flavors.
- Remove from heat and strain through a sieve to obtain a smooth texture.
- You can sterilize them to preserve their freshness for longer.
